Vice President, Office of Innovation, Research, and Assessment
Sherman Cooper is Vice President, Office of Innovation, Research, and Assessment. Sherman is an expert and experienced research economist and data scientist. His areas of expertise include: econometric and statistical modeling, big data management, finance policy, business-government relations, and public- and private-sector innovation. Sherman completed graduate studies in economics at Georgia State University (M.A.) and undergraduate studies in economics and Spanish at Morehouse College (B.A.). Additionally, Sherman completed all of the course requirements in the PhD Program in Public Policy at Georgia State University.
