CoreLogic and Operation HOPE Celebrate 10-Year Business Relationship

LOS ANGELES -- January 5, 2016 -- Operation HOPE is celebrating its longstanding relationship with CoreLogic, a leading global property information, analytics and data-enabled services provider, marking a decade of successes in eradicating poverty through financial dignity and economic empowerment tools in underserved communities.

Since 2005, the National HOPE Call Center, a division of Operation HOPE, has provided support for the Mortgage HOPE Crisis hotline, which has successfully restructured over $100 million loan modifications for homeowners in crisis, and HOPE Coalition America’s emergency disaster relief initiatives. The National HOPE Call Center, in partnership with CoreLogic, FEMA and other private sector corporations has assisted nearly 200,000 callers in crisis, including 150,000 Hurricane Katrina and other natural disaster victims. The National HOPE Call Center is a virtual financial education and services center for individuals seeking credit counseling, homeownership counseling, loan modification assistance, natural or national emergency disaster counseling, and pre- and post-disaster education and counseling and foreclosure prevention counseling. The National HOPE Call Center also provides virtual support to Operation HOPE’s growing network of HOPE Inside offices, which brings financial empowerment and financial dignity to communities through retail bank locations, colleges, grocery stores, and other community gathering places.

Through the continuous relationship with CoreLogic, Operation HOPE has been able to advance financial literacy and independence, help more communities recover from disaster and prevent more struggling homeowners from losing their homes.

Now that the economy is shifting upward, Operation HOPE is working to assist clients to raise their credit score through its 700 Credit Score Communities initiative.

“With many HOPE clients, once their credit score is where it needs to be they move forward into Operation HOPE’S Homeownership Program to gain knowledge into becoming a first time Homeowner,” said Division President, National HOPE Adult Empowerment Group Southwest Market President Lance Triggs, of the program designed specifically for upwardly financial striving individuals.

Operation HOPE guides, assists and educates through each process seeking ways to strengthen its clients through knowledge and gain control of the goals they are seeking to obtain.
