Comcast Foundation Narrows the Digital Divide through Operation HOPE Sponsorship
Los Angeles, CA - October 18, 2012 - Operation HOPE today recognized the Comcast Foundation as a Diamond Sponsor at the $150,000 level, making Comcast the latest partner in the growing list of the HOPE Global Financial Dignity Summit supporters.
In an effort to boost digital empowerment, Comcast's commitment comes from in cash and in-kind donations to the global financial dignity nonprofit; earmarking the funds for the new HOPE Financial Dignity Center Cyber Café located in the Martin Luther King, Sr. Community Resource Complex at Ebenezer in Atlanta and the HOPE Summit, November 14-15, 2012.
Comcast support includes the naming rights to the facility as well as providing the center’s technical infrastructure.
