Aaron, a UC Berkeley alumnus, was raised in San Francisco and has lived in the East Bay for the past 16 years. Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge in the Real Estate Industry having seen the market during its apex and through the recent housing collapse throughout his 9 years of experience as a Realtor. Throughout his tenure as a Realtor, Aaron was on the committee for the firm’s non-profit organization to fulfill his passion for giving back to the community by providing grants to well deserving local non-profits. Aaron has always taken pride with helping first time homebuyer’s and making their dreams a reality. Unfortunately, Aaron has witnessed many of his clients who were at one time, proud home owners, face difficult challenges and choices during the housing crisis. In doing so, Aaron has seen many of the clients he once counseled through first time home buyer seminars, call for his advice and services, to facilitate a short sale. In addition, he provided guidance and resources for foreclosure prevention and provided alternatives to a short-sale. Having grown-up in public housing, Aaron has made it his commitment and his passion to return to his community and to help people be fully aware of their options and resources available to them to help them maintain their dignity and HOPE.
