Lance Tomasu serves as the Citi Community Development Officer responsible for managing key relationships and programming in Northern California's East Bay. He is responsible for developing and overseeing strategic partnerships with a diverse group of local nonprofit organizations to identify and address pressing community development needs affecting low-to-moderate income communities.
Prior to his position with Citi, Lance severed as Public Relations Director and Communications Officer at two financial institutions in Hawaii. He also held the position of Chief of Staff to the Chairman of the Honolulu City Council and most recently managed community relations and external affairs at the NUMMI plant (Toyota/GM joint venture) in Fremont, CA.
Lance has served as a board member for the Alameda County Library Foundation and volunteers for numerous organizations in the East Bay. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Hawaii.
