Wilcox is President of the Wilcox Family Foundation.  The Wilcox Family Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to collaborating with other non-profits in finding solutions to the issues affecting the poor especially in the areas of education and housing.

Mr. Wilcox is a retired senior executive of Accenture, LLP.  He spent 28 years with Accenture, the technology and outsourcing company.  He served for several years as lead account executive for one of Accenture’s largest client accounts and led a number of Accenture’s efforts to develop executives capable of managing $100M+ accounts.  Mr. Wilcox spent the majority of his time with Accenture serving the communications industry.  His personal expertise is in the areas of supply chain management; information technology integration and customer care operations.

Mr. Wilcox earned his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Stonehill College, a liberal arts college run by the Fathers of the Holy Cross.  He earned his M.S. in Public Management and Policy Analysis from Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Wilcox serves on several non-profit boards and committees.  He is the Chair of the Board for Catholic Charities of the East Bay (CCEB).  Mr. Wilcox as part of his Board Chair responsibilities serves on the Executive, Finance and Investment Committees for CCEB.  He serves on the Advancement Committee of the Red Cloud Indian School located in Pine Ridge, South Dakota operated by the Society of Jesus.  Mr. Wilcox also serves on the Andrew Carnegie Society Board at Carnegie Mellon University and is a board member of the Diablo Foundation.

Mr. Wilcox is a Director on the Board of Emergency Management Services International (EMSI).  EMSI specializes in training personnel in and executing emergency management procedures.  He serves on the Advisory Board of the Numad Group; consulting firm assisting non-profit organizations make a better world. 

Steve is an active little league umpire and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 9206. He is an avid golfer.  He and his wife Peg are long time residents of Danville, California.  They have three sons: Daniel, Joseph and Thomas.
