Credit & Money Management Classes

The credit and money management curriculum is designed to provide individuals with debt elimination and wealth-building tools and will serve as the prerequisite for participants to attend Operation HOPE homeownership and/or entrepreneurship classes. 

 

Credit Counseling Program

The Operation HOPE Credit Counseling program provides free one-on-one counseling sessions for the purpose of identifying basic credit, debt, and budgeting issues so individuals can improve their personal credit and financial profile. 

 

Homebuyer Classes

The Operation HOPE Homebuyers Program features our Six Step Guide to Homeownership and is designed to increase home ownership opportunities for potential home buyers.   

 

Case Management Program

Similar to the Credit Counseling Program, the Operation HOPE Case Management program provides one-on-one counseling in order to help resolve the common denial factors which impede the possibility of homeownership:  i.e., credit challenges, high debt to income ratios, and little or no down payment money. 

 

Foreclosure Prevention Counseling

Operation HOPE provides free foreclosure counseling services to our clients to assist homeowners that may have fallen behind in their mortgage. Through partnerships with over 25 financial institutions nationwide, we are able to provide loan modification assistance to qualified clients.

 

Small Business/Entrepreneurship Program

The Operation HOPE Small Business Empowerment Program (SBEP) is an integrated system designed for minority and small businesses located in underserved communities.
