Established in the Bay Area since 2000, HOPE has been a cornerstone in underserved communities in the Oakland-area, providing financial literacy programs and economic empowerment services. Through the Banking on Our Future youth financial literacy curriculum and the full slate of services offered at the HOPE Financial Literacy Empowerment Center in Oakland, HOPE continues to provide the community with “a hand up, not a hand-out”.
