HOPE seeks talented, self-motivated individuals committed to global economic and social justice. Broadly, HOPE Interns have the following traits:

• A record of remarkable professional and educational achievement
• Evidence of leadership skills and the potential for further growth
• Track record of working towards economic and social justice
• Ability to work well with diverse groups
• Strong personal initiative and motivation

HOPE Interns are undergraduate students with an interest in aiding a HOPE manager in a specialized project over the course of the year. HOPE Interns will have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be enrolled in a course of study that aligns with the work of the department with which they work. The HOPE Interns Program recruits and prepares high-quality, dedicated individuals to become advocates of financial dignity and empowerment.

Operation HOPE awards internships on a non-partisan basis, and encourages balance and diversity in all aspects of the program.
