Anand K. Nallathambi was the President and Chief Executive Officer of CoreLogic, a leading provider of consumer, financial and property information, analytics and services to business and government. Nallathambi was responsible for all aspects of the CoreLogic business.
CoreLogic, formerly the Information Solutions Group of The First American Corporation, began trading under the ticker symbol CLGX on the NYSE on June 2, 2010 following the separation of First American's Financial Services businesses from its information solutions businesses.
Nallathambi was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of the Information Solutions Group in December 2009 and was responsible for its strategic positioning and operating activities. In 2008 and 2009 the Information Solutions Group had revenues exceeding $1.9 billion annually.
Nallathambi joined The First American Corporation in 1995, most recently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer with First Advantage Corporation which, until November 2009, was a majority-owned public subsidiary of the company and a business segment within the Information Solutions Group. Previously, Nallathambi has held various management and strategic business development positions with The First American Corporation including President of First American Appraisal Services where he managed the start up and development of the appraisal services unit, and serving two years as President of First American Corporation’s Credit Information Group and implementing the growth strategy of First American CREDCO.
Nallathambi received his bachelor's degree in economics from Loyola University in Madras, India. He earned a master's degree in finance and marketing from California Lutheran University and has professional designations in systems analysis and international business from the University of California at Los Angeles. Nallathambi also served on the board of directors of the Consumer Data Industry Association, an international trade association that represents consumer information companies.
