The HOPE Inside located in the Harlem section of New York City, is one of four HOPE Inside locations sponsored by Popular Community Bank. The HOPE Inside New York@Popular Community Bank, opened in 2013, provides complimentary financial education and empowerment programs and services that is designed to improve the economic quality of life of individuals, families and businesses. The HOPE empowerment programs focus on group small business workshops, a 12 week entrepreneurial training program and individual financial counseling to help local businesses and entrepreneurs to launch and grow their business enterprises.
